Kaylan Holiday House - Hamilton Island

Kaylan is a luxury 4 bedroom house in a perfect location overlooking Hamilton Island Marina. The house caters for groups, offering affordable prestige accommodation. This three-level home features great water views, multiple living areas, luxury furnishings and four queen rooms, each with their own ensuite.

On the top level there is massive balcony capturing the magical view looking west over the marina. In the evenings you can catch the sunset while you fix a cool drink at the wet bar. There is also a BIG screen home theatre, comfortable recliner lounges and one bedroom with ensuite and great views.

On the mid level, the kitchen is well equipped. Stock up with ample food and drinks in two massive fridges with icemakers. Cooking is a pleasure with a large gas cooker inside or a BBQ on the balcony (if you want to eat-in that is).

Of course there is a dishwasher, coffee machine and partially stocked pantry. Enjoy the company of friends and family around the 12 seater dining table or there is also seating for 12 on the balcony.

The lounge room has another home theatre system and a sofa that will inspire you to do nothing much at all! If you are staying for a while, there is a laundry and wine storage cabinet on this level as well.

Ground level accommodation is three more bedrooms with their own ensuites. Massive picture windows take in the views, while air-conditioning in each room keeps things cool. We have additional bedding available to cater for extra adults, kids and infants if required.

With full airconditioning, Kaylan comfortably sleeps eight adults in four queen rooms, each with its own full sized bathroom. We have an additional four kids foam mattresses for any children under the age of 12, and two cots if required. For larger groups, we also have two fold-out beds available at an additional cost.

Enjoy easy access to the island facilities with only a short stroll to restaurants and shops at the marina or head for the resort side with Catseye Beach, the pools, more restaurants and all the other island facilities. It is only 400 metres to the marina or beach and a 4 seat buggy is included if you want to explore more of the island.
